Dynon Intercom Install

Yesterday’s project was getting the Dynon intercom into the panel.  Not the final install, but getting the basic holes cut for the intercom and the radio.  I actually ordered the horizontal mount intercom, and it showed up with the vertical faceplate with the horizontal one in the box.  After having a look, I decided I liked the vertical better, and went with that.  I was fairly concerned about cutting the hole using the template, until I compared the template to the actual device and realized that the hole in the template is considerably larger than the actual device.  I deliberately cut both holes smaller than the template until I test fit both the intercom and radio and make final choices.  Now just waiting on the radio…
